We make every effort to process orders within 48 hours of the time they are received, pending availability. Some products are made to order and the approximate shipping date is included in the product description. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping to the U.S.

You will receive your order in five to seven business days from the date your order was placed. We ship all merchandise via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your order for an additional charge. Express deliveries will be processed within 24 hours of the time they are received, pending availability. In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

International orders must be payed for via Paypal. If you want to place an international order, please email us for further instructions. International orders will be charged the standard USPS International Mail shipping rate to each destination.

Gift Certificates

Unsung offers traditional gift certificates and e-gift certificates in the amounts: $50, $100, $200 and so on. There are no shipping charges for gift certificates.

Traditional gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. They are hand-written on screen-printed Unsung card stock, and can be inscribed with your brief personalized message.

E-gift certificates arrive via email. For those of you who need instant gratification (or who always seem to be buying belated birthday cards), Unsung's e-gift certificate is the perfect solution. They are HTML-based and can contain your personalized message.

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from us, so if you have any questions, doubts or hesitations, we're here for you. Feel free to email us at any time and we'll be happy to help you out. If you contact us after business hours, we'll get back to you the next business day.

We know shopping online can be tricky. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, please let us know immediately by email and follow the return instructions below. We will issue you a store credit for your return postage because you shouldn't have to pay twice for the same order. Postage credits will be issued for exchanges only. Your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original.

If for any reason you are still unhappy with your purchase, please return the item to us within 14 days. Please note: returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date USPS delivers the item to you. The item(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all labels and tags still intact. Items received between 15-30 days from the shipping date will receive a store credit in the form of an Unsung e-gift certificate. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the shipping date. Customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please note that all shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable.

Please send your package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured with a tracking service (such as delivery confirmation). Upon receipt of your package, we will promptly credit your credit card or issue your e-gift certificate. Please send returns and exchanges to:
